Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held by Kimshi Simple, including data created when you connect Facebook or Instagram to publish social media campaigns.

Facebook and Instagram connection data

If you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to Kimshi Simple, we may store connection records needed to provide the social publishing feature. This can include account identifiers, Page or Instagram business account selections, permissions granted, access tokens, campaign drafts, publish status, and related timestamps.

You can disconnect Facebook and Instagram from the campaign tool. Disconnecting removes the connection from Kimshi Simple and prevents further publishing through that connection.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of Facebook, Instagram, or Kimshi Simple account data, email us at privacy@kimshisimple.com.

Please include:

  • The email address used for your Kimshi Simple account
  • The business or tenant name, if known
  • Whether your request relates to Facebook, Instagram, your Kimshi account, or all connected data

What happens next

We will verify the request and process it within 30 days where applicable. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or to respect another customer’s controller instructions.
