Do you offer free trials?
With Kimshi Simple, you can start in sandbox mode for free. This gives you full access to the platform so you can test bookings, schedules, staff workflows, portals, and your public site without entering payment information. When you are ready to go live, choose the paid plan that fits your operation. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial so you can launch and validate the workflow before being charged.
Where does Momentum fit?
Momentum is available in the Smart plans shown alongside the core platform plans. Those plans build on the same booking, scheduling, staffing, and portal workflow, then add prepared operational actions and drafts when the real pressure is in follow-up, schedule changes, staffing coordination, and day-to-day decision load.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing. Cancel anytime with a simple click. You will continue to have access to your client site and all features until the end of your paid billing period. After that, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted automatically.

Is a custom domain included?
Kimshi Simple is a bring your own domain service. You can connect your own domain to the public-facing side of your booking and programme business, whether that means a fitness timetable, a family activity site, or a training provider enrolment journey. If you do not yet own a domain, we recommend using AWS Route 53. We provide a free setup and management service for all domains registered with popular providers like GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Squarespace.
